Welcome to the NEW CFS Live Guest Register. This feature is designed to allow the guest to use a step by step form to complete basic information about themselves and others in their household.

Instructions:
Setup ... after logging in click the Preferences link and then the last tab for the Guest Register. Choose the contact information to exclude, provide up to six customized questions and then select who the information should be sent to.
Usage ... Start by having a staff member log in on this form and the feature will be ready to use. The guest will select who they want to enter information for on the first page and then they will click the Next Page button to continue. When they are done, they will be greeted with a page that tells them that they are finished. The guest or someone on the staff can click the Finished button to reset the feature for the next guest.
